Honeymoon in Iran 6 Days

Destination: Shiraz – Kish - Isfahan

Duration: 6 Days

Type: Honeymoon

Most newly married choose the typical hot spots for their travels. Hawaii, France, and Las Vegas are always popular.  But some honeymoon locations are entirely outside of the box, and you're not just any other couple, right? If you and your significant other identify more with the less-than-traditional set of newlyweds, why not jet off to some exotic, unexpected locale instead?

Iran is a great example, after all honeymoons are a period where every couple will remember for the rest of their lives. If you are an adventurous couple or you are someone who always thinks outside of the box, and then come visit Iran for your honeymoon. Our honeymoon tour has what every couple would wish; sandy beach, old bazars, dream like architecture and breathtaking gardens. Or the 3 words: Kish, Isfahan, and Shiraz.

Day 1 – Shiraz:

A few international airlines connect Shiraz to the rest of the world (Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines and Air Arabia). Upon arrival you will be met and greeted at Shiraz airport and then are transferred to a 5 star hotel in Shiraz. In the afternoon, you will have a tour of Shiraz’s gardens. There are various kinds of roses in these protected gardens. It’s a great start to a fantastic honeymoon.  These gardens are Eram palace, Narajestan Garden and Afifabad museum. Overnight Shiraz.

Day 2 Shiraz – Kish Island

We will start our Shiraz tour by Karmikhani complex, the presidential palace of Zand dynasty. Karim Khan Zand, the founder of Zand dynasty chose Shiraz as his capital and declared himself as “Vakil”, the lawyer of the nation, rather than king. We continue to Vakil complex, Vakil Mosque, Bazar and public bath that are remaining from his reign. We also visit the colorful Nasirolmolk mosque. In the afternoon, you will fly to Kish Island and after your transfer to hotel, you can stroll around this beautiful island and perhaps have a cup of coffee with the locals.
Overnight Kish.

Day 3 - Kish Island

You will relax at Kish’s sandy beach and in the afternoon we will have another tour of Kish Island where you can also enjoy this beautiful island by riding a bicycle along the sandy beaches and a visit to the old town will show you the traditional way of locals’ life. In the evening, we will eat at one of Kish’s great seafood restaurants while enjoying the local music.
Overnight Kish.

Day 4 - Kish Island

You will have another wonderful and sunny morning in Kish where you can do lots of other activities such as swimming, snorkeling, water sports or shopping, before transfer to Kish International airport for your flight to Isfahan. Arrival in Isfahan, meet and greet with your local guide, transfer to hotel. Overnight Isfahan.

Day 5 – Isfahan

In the morning we start our full day tour of Isfahan at the UNESCO world heritage site of Naghsh-e-Jahan Sq., once a royal polo court, this site has been the official center of the city, when the city was the Safavid Capital (17th Century). We will visit the famous Imam Mosque (Royal Mosque), located the southern side of the square with wonderful architecture and tile-work. In the afternoon, we wil then head to the banks of Zayanderud river, the soul of the city. There are several historical bridges over this river, erected during the Safavid era (17th Century). Siosepol (33-arch) and Khaju bridges are the most famous ones. We enjoy visiting these two interesting bridges, drinking tea at the tea house below the bridge, walking along the river bank or paddle on a boat from one to the other. Overnight Isfahan.
